When love feels like a teeter totter

You know you aren't appreciated or even in the mind of the one you so much love, when you feel like you are on a teeter totter. You teeter them up high with love, honesty and shower them with compliments. But, then in the end you're left below looking up wondering when they'll notice you so far down. They are so busy looking at everyone else that they completely forgotten you, at this point you may as well just get off that ride and go to someone who will at least care about how you feel.
