As we go through with life, we tend to compartmentalize a lot of the things we would rather not face or the things we want to set to the side. Just like clutter, it adds up one after the other until that mountain of thoughts come rushing back in the form of regrets for not dealing with them sooner.
It's not a good place to be, when all of your worst memories and all the memories of your past come crashing down on you all at once. You can't stop it because one issue will come after and another, by then you will only be telling yourself that if you only had done something about it earlier. Why put yourself in that place, when you can get a head start and clean out the closet? if there's something you need to sort out with someone then do it. If you have something you've been wanting to do then go and do it, life will only give you one chance. Make sure you take advantage of it, before it's too late.
